couples sessions
Couples therapy has a very specific kind of ability: it gives two people a structured, supportive space to understand each other more deeply and rebuild (or strengthen) the relationship they share. When it’s done well, it can feel like someone turned the lights on in a dark room you’ve both been stumbling through.
